Information we collect
We collect only what you give us. If you fill out the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number, and whatever you write in the message. If you call or email us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.
How we use it
To reply to you and to discuss working together. That's it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Client financial information is handled under our engagement agreement and professional confidentiality obligations, not through this website.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses essential cookies and Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or cross-site profiling.
- Security cookie. Our hosting network sets a short-lived cookie to tell real visitors from automated bots and to block attacks. It expires within about 30 minutes and identifies no one.
- Contact form. The form on our contact page is provided by our client relationship system. Opening that page may set cookies from that provider so the form can submit correctly and avoid duplicate entries.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data: which pages you view, how long you stay, your general location, and the device and browser you use. This helps us understand how many people visit and what they find useful. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. Read Google's privacy policy.
- Your notice preference. When you dismiss the cookie notice, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so the bar does not reappear. It never leaves your device.
You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking them will not stop you from reading the site, though the contact form may not submit.
Security
Every page is served over an encrypted connection, and browsers are instructed to refuse any unencrypted request to this domain. Form submissions travel encrypted to our client relationship system.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will tell you or delete it. Email Contact@myaxispro.com and we will handle it.
